Hello,
I have been working on a Chess Program on and off for the past 6 months. I estimate this program to be around the 2300 mark. I compiled it for Mac but I assume most of the testers here are Windows users. So, I have attached a Makefile along with the GitHub to produce an EXE (if that is sufficient...)

Please let me know if there are any issues...

All of the testers here are Windows users, and the usual procedure is for authors to provide windows exes for download.

If you put your releases to Releases on your github page people can follow you and learn about new versions immediately.
BTW, maybe you do it already, I recommend to put version name in exe name and UCI id, to help distinguish them.
