0.14.1 followed shortly after. Fixing a bug with tablebases crashing on windows on certain cpus.

0.15.1 released
This helps her mate better when she doesn't have egtbs. Without egtbs the elo increase is ~50 elo. With egtbs, about the same as 0.15.0
